You'd think that the rise of Generative AI would mean challenger solutions would compete with Zoom based on fancy new AI features.
But the post linked below actually shows how Zoom's policies around privacy and AI are actually creating an opportunity for solutions like Whereby to slide in and win (in specific cases).
If you look at Whereby's website, you can see that they are clearly focusing on markets with higher sensitivity to compliance and security: Digital Mental Health, Telehealth, etc.
I think this presents a great opportunity. Focus on where they win, capitalize on strong differentiators, and steal customers from Zoom.
