What can an AI-driven strategic narrative look like?

This new homepage hits you with a strong POV right in the hero — introducing the “new age of customer service”
For most companies, the addition of AI almost seems random. More experimentation than strategy.
This is one of the first examples I’ve seen where a company seems to have their AI strategy and messaging figured out.
