I’m sure you’ve heard the advice that you should package small features into a larger, more impactful "launch."
But what does that look like in practice?
Here’s a great example from Notion and their launch of Notion Projects
I’ve been using Notion to manage projects for a while and most of the functionality has already existed.
Many of the features in this launch could have easily remained small feature releases on their own.
- AI Autofill
- Automated Sprints
- New integrations
But instead, they package them together into a story of how Notion provides a better way to manage projects.
